Hi there, we have just finished the renovation of our courtyard including an L shaped pool by Add a Splash Pools. We were very happy with both the service we received from David, and the team of guys who were sent to do the job.
We somewhat nervously chose Coral Sand for our pool liner and it is AMAZING! Love it

Our pool project was challenging. With limited access and a sloping block, we had a number of companies put it in the ‘Too Hard’ basket. We then spoke with Tania and Dave. What they proposed is exactly what they delivered, and the result is amazing.

All of the tradesmen involved were great to deal with. Grant and Hoera are brilliant guys who went above and beyond to get our project completed on a tight schedule. Our neighbours even remarked on what positive and nice people they are!

Our friends (and we suddenly seem to have a whole lot more of them) have been blown away at the transformation of what was a previously unused space, into a resort like area with shimmering pool – I think we could charge an entry fee…

I will personally recommend Add a Splash to anyone wanting a quality product that they will be over the moon with. I actually felt a sense of guilt yesterday when they presented us with a hamper on completion of our pool. I feel we should be the ones doing more to thank them!

A big thank you to entire Add a Splash team for doing a fantastic job on our Fresh Water pool. It has been great working with Dave on the entire project. Always provided very genuine advice and we always felt that we were in good hands. Completed the project within the timeframe Dave promised and is always available to answer any question.

I cannot recommend David and his team highly enough! So professional, ensuring that we were achieving our dream of incorporating a pond into our pool area as well. The pond vision changed many times haha but David and Grant were so accommodating and their input was so appreciated and valued. The finished product gave us a beautiful 10m Swim fresh pool and a 6m x 3m x 2.2m pond with a viewing window in it, the pond was built the same way as the pool but with a UV black liner in it. We are so glad David recommended Ben from Yard Art to do our paving, he did a fantastic job! We are so happy with the result and so appreciate all the effort from Add a splash to create a perfect family area to make many memories in.

We are incredibly happy with our custom pool from Add A Splash. We met them at the show last year and were confident from the start. Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with and we really appreciate that they were so willing to work with us to create the right fit for our yard while cramming in all the features we were after to suit our lifestyle. “When we decided to finally get creative with our backyard we knew it would be a challenge.
There were quite a few constraints, including limited area to build our pool with a limestone retaining wall, an existing alfresco pavilion and our existing residence very much defining the available building envelope.
And then there were the design constraints.
We did not want the pool to look like a ‘pool’, we wanted a large pond.
We wanted a natural ‘pond’ with no chemicals, minimal maintenance and the ability to backwash onto our brand new garden.
The position of the house and the orientation limited the hours of sunshine on the pool but we wanted to swim all year round if possible, day and night!
Without heating.
Access to build our pool was also limited to a narrow gate at the side of our property.
And last of all, we, the client were an architect and an orthodontist (both with an eye for detail).
Any self respecting pool builder should have run a mile with alarm bells ringing in their ears.
Add a splash did not!
Instead together we transformed our garden and lives with a 6m x 3m pool separated but visually connected with a 3m x 1m pond complete with water plants and Koi.
The construction was a cavity brick, concrete filled, rendered and finished with a black potable vinyl liner.
During the day our pool is a mirror for blue sky, clouds and the trees around us.
At night it is a mirror for millions of stars floating in the black of space above us.
It is always changing and we are constantly enthralled.
The pool temperature (without any heating) allows swimming all year round, day and night.
To say that our pool was a success would be an understatement.
Someone once said that you do not give clients what they want. You give them what they never dreamed possible.
In this case, we as a team with Add a splash, created a truly unique and very successful solution to a complex and varied set of physical and design constraints.”

I highly recommend Add a Splash pools. I contacted many pool companies and from my first phone conversation with Tania and the first site meeting with David, I immediately trusted them both and didn’t feel I was being ‘sold’ to. A very different approach from many other companies.

Tania and David are extremely customer focused:

• I didn’t feel rushed into making decision
• I was informed upfront of all the costs
• I was informed upfront of the schedule, including payments required
• They were extremely responsive and always called you back quickly
• The boys on site were always cheerful, polite and left the site tidy
• David was always willing to meet other suppliers/third parties on site to talk through options
• There were no hidden extras
• The pool was completed on schedule
• They were willing to recommend suppliers when requested
• They were always pleasant to deal with
• We received a wonderful basket of goodies when the pool was finished
• The site was left tidy
• They still take my calls now the job has finished!

And, equally important of course, we have a beautiful pool. My husband wasn’t sure about a vinyl-lined pool but he is extremely impressed with the finished result. We are super happy customers and would definitely go straight to Add a Splash should we need any assistance with a pool in the future.
